Our handmade hand-dipped Salted Caramels are so buttery that they will not stick to your teeth. We dry caramelize the sugar, add fresh creamery butter and cream and cook it until it is soft and creamy. We then cut and hand-dip the caramels in 61% bittersweet chocolate and finally we sprinkle "Flower of Bali Sea Salt" on top. We use the maximum amount of butter possible (it's the second ingredient). You will be as amazed as we were by the complex caramel flavors in this confection.
