Chris Banthien grows olives, lavender and other flowers and herbs at her Valencia Creek Farms. Somehow, this all got blended together in the unique olive oil that she presses from the olives. We first used this oil in a chocolate with our Omega and found that it added an unexpected depth and complexity to the piece. Next we blended her lavender and olive oil in a chocolate and it has become one of our bestsellers. Now we are using her Meyer Lemon Olive Oil with the same delicious results.
