Just in time for Halloween and Thanksgiving. We make these chocolates only in the fall when we can get fresh "Cinderella" Pumpkins (Rouge Vif d'Estampes is the French name). These pumpkins have a little more flavor than the standard varieties. We roast the pumpkins and puree the flesh. We blend the puree with dark chocolate, butter, cream and a blend of fresh traditional spices to create this unique and delicious treat. Because of the fresh Pumpkin, we recommend that you enjoy these within four weeks.
